Why is verification needed?

We in Rentals United comply to protect our clients and their guests and data protection is our top priority. One of the policies we committed to is safety and security of our users. As a host or property manager, you need to go through the identity verification process, so that we know that you are not a fraudster or identity thief and your guests can feel safe while selecting a stay with you.

How it works

Identity verification is now required for all Powerhost users (only). This is a mandatory step.

Note that our Support Team will need to verify your identity before you establish the connection with the first channel. The verification may take up to 48 hours, but you can immediately get in touch with us by clicking the Schedule verification call button and get verified within a matter of minutes!
